氯喹那多／普罗雌烯阴道片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效

目的 探讨采用氯喹那多/普罗雌烯阴道片治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月40例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用氯喹那多/普罗雌烯阴道片治疗，对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 两组患者阴道干燥、外阴瘙痒、性交痛、尿频尿急等症状较治疗前均明显改善（P＜0.05），治疗前两组组间各症状比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后观察组性交痛、尿频尿急症状改善程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗有效率95.0%高于对照组80.0%（P＜0.05）。结论 采用氯喹那多/普罗雌烯阴道片治疗真菌性阴道炎效果良好，能够明显改善患者陰道干燥、外阴瘙痒等症状，抑制真菌生长，值得在临床中推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Chlorquinaldol/Promestriene

vaginal tablets in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods 40 patients with

vulvovaginal candidiasis from Januray 2015 to December 2016 were slected and

randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation

group were treated with Chlorquinaldol/Promestriene vaginal tablets， and patients in

control group were treated with Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories. Curative effects

of the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal dryness， genital itching，

sexual intercourse pain， frequent urination and other symptoms of the two groups

were all significantly improved than before treatment（P＜0.05）. There was no

significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）. After

treatment， sexual intercourse pain， frequent urination urgency symptoms in the

observation group were significantly better than those in control group（P＜0.05）. The

effective rate of the observation group was 95%， which was higher than that of the

control group with 80%（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The effect of

Chlorquinaldol/Promestriene vaginal tablets in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

is good. It can significantly improve the patient’s vaginal dryness， itching and other

symptoms of the vulva， and inhibit fungal growth. It is worthy of promotion in

clinic.

外陰阴道假丝酵母菌病是妇科常见疾病，外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病主要病原体为白色念珠菌（又称为假丝酵母菌），患者通常表现为白带增多、外阴、阴道瘙痒、烧灼感、外阴红肿等，严重影响女性身心健康[1]。目前，临床中以药物治疗为主，包括改变阴道酸碱度的洗剂、阴道栓剂、口服霉菌素等。硝酸咪康唑栓、氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片是临床中常用的治疗阴道炎的药物，为探讨两种药物治疗真菌性阴道炎的效果，我院对部分患者进行临床对比研究，现报道如下。
